McBride, Community Mourns Loss Of Mrs. Carl McClinchey A shadow of gloom was cast over this community on Thursday last November 11, when it was learned that Mrs. Carl McClinchey had lost her life in' a car -train crash at Ba- sten. In company with her aunt Mrs. Levey of Seaforth who also lost her life and an uncle Louis Trate; of Zu- rirh, rem her father:, Dan Oswald, also of Zurich, .tele `four were re- tnrning home from the funeral of a cousin, the late Franklin Ruby of Kitchener. The mixed quartet of the Evangelical Church, Zurich, sang "No Night There" during the i - ser - Vice,, -The pall bearers were Robt. El- ge,`$forley Cooper, Win: 'Caldnvell; Ross Broadfoot, Robt. MacGregor and Joe McLellan. There were thirty- five wreaths of flowers showing the esteem in which the deceased was held.
