Mr, Robert Roe passed away itt
Saskatoon h'oepital an Sunday, Aug. 5,
after ndergoing two operations. He
was born in Glasgow. Apr. 2, 1890 and
came to Canada about 'ifi years ago.
He was badly wounded in the war
and of late ,years spent moat of his'
time in Usborne, until last Dec, he
was called home owing to the serious,
illness of his father, who died early in.
Feb, In May he brought his mother
to Stratford to tna'ke her home with
her son Wm. About July 1st, Mr.
Roe went to Semans, S'ask., to visit his
brothersJatiies. When only there a
few days hewas taken very sick.and
was rushed to the hospital where they
operated for appendicitis. Three weeks
later it was found, necessary to aper
ate again.

tor's care, is improving.
