(By a 'Reader.)'
Give is year rapt attention
0, maidens, fancyfree,
Here are golden Leap Year chances.
•That will snake your sorrows flee.
Dan, Matthews has been patient,
Looking forward to this year;
Now, if some girl would ask him,
Twottld fill' his heart with cheer,
For him a jolly girl should try;
Just put your cake upon the sill
And you'll get him bye and bye.
Though Joe. 'Melady gives the music
And tends his route each time,
His eyes are for the pretty girls;
We hope that he will shine.
If you give Joe.' Eckart a fright,
It may come out all right.
With Gilbert • Murray you are, too later
He is certain of his fate.
Then conies Gerald Doyle
As patient as can be;
If you girls think that he won't marry,.
just' ask 'tiitto once and see.

Many are of the opinion that pre-

The next step .in preparation might
be the securing' of a suitable place for.

it has been proved that a clean well -

an upstairs room for locating the in-
