The Juveniles are still on their schedule. FINNIGAN REUNION The fifth annual reunion was held Sunday,. July 8, at Lions Park, ' Seaforth, with about sixty in attendance. The oldest pers- on present was Bert Finnigan, Dungannon. Leslie Broderick, of Ottawa was the youngest child. The person coming the greatest distance was Gordon Finnigan of Timmins, Ont. Dthers who attend- ed the picnic were from Toronto, London, Galt, Wingham, ,Goderich and Dungannon. The sports were in charge of Miss Hilda Finnigan of Toronto. Guessing of various J articles in paper bags was won by Mrs. Herb Finnigan, Dungan- n non; a man's sewing contest was a won by Kitchener and George Finnigan of Goderich; lady with the most buttons, Mrs. Lloyd Finnigan, Thornhill. Owing to a rain shower the children's races were withdraem but they enjoyed swimming in the pool. Supper was served at 4.30 p.m. The 1963 picnic will be held at Harbour Park, Goderich, the second Sun- day in July. Pastor Brill was Master of Cere- mentes for the evening and the Kindergarten, Primary and Jun- ior departments presented vari- ous numbers in word and song. Mrs. Elwood Roe of Atwood was the guest for the evening and showed films and gave a talk and commentary on her trip to Japan. The mission theme for the church school was "Japan." The evening closed with devotions conducted by the Intermediate class of the Vacation school. The collection of the week amounted to 630.01 and the Friday night collection to 632.61. • Mrs. Edgar Elligseu thanked Mrs, Roe, and Mrs. R. Sholdice thanked the teachers and helpers for their co-operation. Lunch was served to Mrs, Roe and the teachers and helpers.
