Re Liquor Licence Act Vote
The Municipality of the Township
of McKillop
Public notice is hereby given, that in accordance with the
provisions of The Liquor Licence Act, and in pursuance of
a bylaw passed by the municipal council of the Township
of McKillop on the 19th day of April, 1962. I require the
presence of the voters at my office, Lot 27, Concession 2,
Township of McKillop, on the 13th day of June, 1962, at two
o'clock in the afternoon, Daylight Saving Time, at which
time I will announce the names of the persons appointed
to aet for the Affirmative and for the Negative respectively
upon the poll to be holden under Section 72 of the Liquor
Licence Act, upon the following questions:
Are you in favor of the Are you in favor of the

And notice is further given that the vote will be taken upon

POLLING SUB -DIVISION No, 1. Comprising that part of the
Township from Lots 1 to 17, both inclusive, and from 1st to
7th Concession, both inclusive, at the residence of Thomas
Murray, Lot N% 10, Concession 5.
POLLING SUB -DIVISION No. 2. Comprising that part of the
Township from Lots 18 to 35, both inclusive, and from the
1st to the 8th Concession, both inclusive, at the residence of
William Kerr, Lot SW Corner 24, Concession 5.
POLLING SUB -DIVISION No. 3. Comprising that part of the
Township from Lots 1 to 18, both inclusive. and from the
8th to the 14th Concession, both inclusive. at the residence
of Christena Leonhardt, Lot 10, Concession S 13.
POLLING SUB -DIVISION No. 4. Comprising that part of the
Township from Lots 19 to 35. both inclusive, and from the
9th to the lith Concession. both inclusive, at the residence
of Ross Driscoll, Lot E3 25. Concession 12.
And further that at my Office on the 2Sth day of Stine,
1962, at the hour of 1p.m. (Daylight Saving Time), I shall
open the ballot boxes, add up the votes given upon the said
questions, and declare the result of the said rote in the said
Municipality of the Township of McKillop.
Of which all persons are hereby required to take notice
and govern themselves accordingly.

of May, in the year 1962.

Re Liquor Licence Act Vote
The Municipality of
The Township of McKillop
1. The finally revised lists as used for
the Federal. Election of June 18, 1962, are to
be the lists of voters for the purpose of the
Liquor License Act Vote being held June 27,
1962.
2. Persons entitled to vote are those
persons:
(a) Who are British Subjects;
(b) Who are of the age of twenty-one;
(c Who are not disqualified or other-
wise prohibited by law from voting,
and,
(d) Who have had continuous resi-
dence within the Municipality of
McKillop for the two months period
up to and including June 27, 1962.
3. A person who is not included on the
lists referred to above, but who is qualified
to vote at the liquor vote may do so by being
vouched for at the poll by a person who is
on the list, as provided in subsections 1, 3, 4
and 5 of Section 84 of The Elections Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1960, Chap.
118.
