ANNUAL CHURCH SERVICE
The annual Church Service of
the Huron County Junior Farm-
ers and Junior Institute will be
held on Sunday evening, October
15th in the Hensall Presbyterian
Church at 8 p.m. The speaker
will be the Rev. D. J Lane, B.A.,
D.D., Clinton. Specialmusic will
be provided by the Junior Farm-
er Choir, A fireside service will
follow the worship service in the
church basement.
All Junior Farmer and Junior
Institute members are invited as
well as their parents and friends.

CROP REPORT
Good weather is allowing farm-
ers to catch up on the farm work.
Most harvest is complete with the
exception of sugar beets, grain
corn and late turnips. Grain corn
is maturing remarkably well and
some -of it is now being picked.
Pastures remain in ' fairly good
supply and live stock is doing
quite well on fall pastures.
