Wathke, on Saturday villa, Walton, and Mrs. William Orr, Milverton. Their costumes were identical to that of the matron of honour, Kevin Camp. bell, nephew of the bride, was ringbearer. The bridegroom was attended by Mr. Carl Wathke, brother of the groom. Ushers were Mr. George Wathke, of Guelph; Mr. Stewart Wathke, Desboro, brother of the groom; Mr. William Allen, Guelph, and Aug. 19 at 3 p.m. Rev, H. A. Prior to her wedding the bride was honoured by three showers, the following acting as hostesses, Mrs. Robert Read, Kingston; Mrs. William Orr, Milverton; and Mrs. Ernest Toll and girls of her Sunday School class. WALTON The 8th and 16th groups met at the home of Mrs. H, Bolger for the August meeting. The meeting opened with a hymn. The scripture Esther 1, Chap. 9: 17 was read by Mrs. J. MRS. LAURA LEARY Mrs. Laura Leary, 83, Mitchell, died in Stratford General Hospit- al, Sunday.
