A true story, regarding to healing as was the scripture read read from St, Luke. A faceless boy was given up by his parents at birth but with love for others. Doctors perforated miraeles with inany operations and with faith in a great soccer player hero, fought a great fight against the lo sneers of other boys in school and children's homes where he was a shelter until he was accept- ed by other boys and made their captain. Today this boy, grown up lives alone in a room decorat- ed with Souvenirs, cups and tro- ubles, and teaches boys of 12 year's of age what a soccer player did for him. What Jesus did as a friend, heals and sticks closer than a brother, is something we can all remember ware the final remarks made by Mr. Funge, truly words to be rememberd by all present. Always be willing to do the things that you are asked to do as that is what God intended us to do. Let the Bible speak for itself. If, we saw more clearly what God was ask- ing us to do I think we would try and do it. Her second thought was taken from 2 Cor. 3: 18, This shows that we are always on the go and that we never stop long enough to reflect the spirit of God in us. Let us slow down and see the need of God and let his purposes be known to us. Jesus had a time for quiet, for study, for sharing and for peace. Do we7 Let us pause long enough for God to be reflected in our lives. Finally from James 1: 23 When we see God in a looking glass and then see ourselves we will want to do something about it, During the offering Mrs. Brown and Mrs, 'Shortreed gave a^ musi- cal number.
