of the late Montgomery Davis of
Staffa which was held at the Whit-
ney funeral home. Seaforth. on

The September meeting of the
WMS was held at the home of
Mrs. T. L. Scott. Mrs. W. Harper
presided and led in devotional ex-
ercises. The last two chapters of
the study book were reviewed by
Mrs. T. L. Scott with Mrs. M. La -
mond as her assistant. Roll call
was answered by ten members.
There was one visitor present, Mrs.
K. M'Kellar read the Glad Tidings
prayer. A splendid topic was given
by Mics. Grape Scott, Mrs, M. Hou-
ghton gave current events. Mrs.
Harper closed the meeting with
prayer.

Mrs. Victor Fee were held frons
the Bonthron Funeral Chapel, on
Monday at 1:30 pan, conducted by
Rev. 11, C. Winlaw, burial was in
Exeter Cemetery.
Mrs. Fee, the former Florence
Anna Menai: ;, ..,. " away at the
Muir Nursing Home, Seaforth, on
Saturday, Sept. 3rd in her 80th
year, where she had been a pa-
tient for the past two years. Mr,
Fee passed away 30 years ago.
Surviving are one sister Mrs. 'Wm.
Forrest and one brother David
