The Fireside Farm Forum met on
Nov. 17 at the home of Mr. and Mrs,
Wnl. Dolmage with 24 adults taking
part in the Discussion on farm ma-
chinery. The president, Oliver And-
erson, had charge. We believe the
majority of farms in this communi-
ty are not over -mechanized, as it is
very necessary for each farmer to
have much of his own machinery al-
though it may be used for a short
time. But the larger, more expen-
sive machinery should be hired for
the work necessary, rather than in-
vest the money for its use for a lim-
ited time. Winners for progressive
euchre were; most games, Mrs. Bob
Dalton Don Buchanan; lone hands
Mrs. Jim Howatt, Don Buchanan;
consolation, Mrs. M. Cook, Mrs. Joe
Babcock. Miss Norma Dexter invited
the group to her hone for next
Monday.
