On Sun- day they visited relatives in Clifford returning home on Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Edgar .Scholl left last week for their home in Cam - rose, Alberta, after spending a month with the latter's mother, Mrs. Robt, McBride and other relatives, A. very enjoyable evening was spent on Hallowe'en at the home of Mrs. Lydia Doig, being the occasion of her daughter Janet's birthday. Progressive euchre was much en- joyed after which a delicious lunch was served. Miss Janet Doig of Hear Kippen, pleasantly entertained a number of friends on her Hallowe'en birthday.
