a white prayer book tied with white
streamers, white baby mums and red
rosebuds. Her attendants were Miss
Ellen Love, maid of honor, gowned
in bronze gold net over taffeta with
velvet jacket; Miss Margaret Porter
and Miss Dorothy Turner, brides-
maids, wore, similarly styled gowns
of. shrimp and sea green nylon net
over taffeta ballerina length. All
carried muffs and wore headdresses
of baby mums in matching tones.
Lila McKay, sister of the groom was
flower girl in orchid satin with hoop
skirt caught with bows and trimmed
with lase. She carried a flower bask-
et of rose petals which she scattered
as she preceded the bride up the
aisle. Attending the groom was the
bride's brother Robert Love, Toron7
to; Ushers were Ray McKay, of Hal-
ifax, brother of the groom, and
Keith Love, brother of bride. A re-
ception was held in the church par-
lors, the ibride's anothur receiving
in cinnamon illusion lace with,match-
ing feather hat and corsage of gold
and bronze mums. The groom's
mother chose navy crepe with lace
detail, grey accessories and corsage
of pink carnations.
For the wedding trip to the United
States, the bride donned an irrides-
cent taffeta dress,; shadow 'blue Ely-
sian blue wool top coat, navy acees-
so}ries and corsage of, red roses. Mr.
and Mrs. McKay will reside in Tuck-
ersinith Township.
Mrs. Ross Love entertained at a
trousseau tea at her home on Wed-
nesday last October 22nd in honor
of her slaughter Helen a bride of
October 25th, 1952 at 3 p.m. when
Helen Marion, only daughter of Mr.
and Mrs. Ross Love, Hensall, was
united in marriage to Kenneth Ross
McKay, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward
McKay, Kippen. The Rev. Norman
McLeod performed the ceremony.

layers of French tulle over candle-
light satin and Crinoline and sash of
white velvet. A jacket of chantilly
lace covered the strapless bodice
featuring a stand-up collar and calla

On Monday evening, November 3rd, at Belgrave
Foresters Hall, and on Tuesday' evening Novem-
ber 4h, at Exeter Town Hall, we are holding meet-
ings where we will have Dr. James Henderson at
one meeting and Dr. C. A. V. Barker of the 0.V.C.
at the other. They will be speaking on artificial
insemination as well as showing a film in which
