of Dorothy. May McNaughton, daug-
hter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter L. Mc-
Naughton, Hensall, to Edward Fred-
erick Corbett, son of Mrs, Edna Cor-
bett and the late bred Corbett, Hay
Township. Rev, W. J. Rogers per-
formed the Ceremony.
The bride chose a kingfisher blue
wool suit with navy accessories and

former's mother, Mrs, Alice Joynt,

Snell's brother-in-Iaw and sister, Mr,

Blenheim.

James Smillie
Funeral services for James Smil-
lie, 78, who died at Ms home here,
were conducted Monday, 2 p.m. by
the Rev. W. J. Rogers, at the United
Church, and interment made in Hen-
sall Union Cemetery.
He was born on the homestead,
one mile north 'of town, and farmed
there until retiring 12 years ago. He
was an active member of the United
Church here, and a member of the
session 25 years.

with a chest of silver and folding

read by Miss Marie Meyer. MIMIC
