BRODHAGEN Mr. Gottlieb Mueller of Brodhag- en celebrates his 90th birthday on Friday, Sept, 12th. He lives with his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Manuel Beuerman, Brodhagen, He is still active, in good health,'and everyday you will find him in his shop doing minor repairs to shoes. He was born in Germany and came to Canada when a young man and settled at Brodhagen where he .has lived all his life. He has one daugh- ter (Alice) Mrs. Manuel Beuer- man, and two grandsons, Ray and Wayne Beuerman. He will celebrate quietly at his home. He is confined to St. Michael's Hospital, Lethbridge, Sir. Ralph Scherbarth, son. of 1Ir. and Mrs. Ed Scherbarth, also injured his shoulder in the same mishap but not too severely.
