STANLEY The Stanley Township Federation of Agriculture annual meeting and banquet was held in Zurich comm- unity centre on December 3rd 'with 260 in attendance. The ladies of Varna United Church served. The meeting was presided over by .Alvin Rau, president. Short addresses were made by Elston Cardiff, M.P., Thos. Pryde, M.P.P., Jerry Mont- gomery, county Ag. Rep., conducted the election of officers. Wilfred Shortreed, newly -elected president of the County Federation, brought greetings and a report of the work done by the county.
