brook Cornflowers Garden Club was

ed by "How my garden grows". Such
topics as garden weeds and insects,
flowers, vegetables, eating habits
and transplanting were discussed by
our leader and assistant leader. The
home assignment Was then given.
The meeting closed by singing "The
Queen" after which a delicious lunch
was served by our hostess and en-
joyed by all,

man were at the 40th wedding an-
niversary celebration of Mr, and
Mrs. Ezra Seebaeh (Minnie Koehler)
at Fullerton last Wednesday night,
Children's day will 'be observed
in the Evangelical Church here on
Sunday, July 5th at 7;30 pm. The
,Sebringville junior choir will be
present to assist with the program.
Mr. and Mrs, Fred 'Ohappel, and
Wayne and Julie - of Kippen recently
visited Mr. and Mrs, Irvin Rook.
Mr. and Mrs, Fred Hoegy have
been visiting with their daughter
and son-in-law, Mr, and Mrs. Ed.
McKenzie at Detroit.
Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Franks and
Gail of Preston spent the week end
with Mr, and Mrs. Win, Koehler.
Mr. and Mrs. Orville Klee, of
Stratford were Sunday visitors with
Mr, and Mrs, Henry Wietersen.
Mr. and Mrs. Wolfe, who have re-
sided at Clifford are erecting a new
dwelling on the town line.
Mr, and Mrs. Irvine Rock and
children were at Harveys cemetery
decoration services on Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. Ross Sararas and
children of Cromarty visited Mr, and
Mrs. Norman Eggert on Sunday.
Miss Mary Jackson of Seaforth
was a week end visitor with her sis-
ter.
Rev. J. H. Krotz of Dashwood
was the preacher in the Evangelical
Church here on Tuesday of last
week.
Miss Joanne Beuerman is at Pres-
ent at Edgewood Camp, near
Guelph.
Mrs. Norman Beuerman had the
misfortune to have two fingers on
her left hand severely grnised.
Miss Diane Rock is attending
summer school held at .Sebringville
this week.

There will be Harness Horse Races, Track and Field events, softball
games, a display of Farm machinery and equipment, along with other
displays of interest to Urban and Rural people.
There will be a dance In the Seaforth Memorial Arena to the music
of the CKNX Barn Dance Gang. An Old time fiddlers competition and
a square dance competition will take place in the arena previous to
the dance.

Upon instruction from council under auth-
ority of By-law #13, 1062, Township of Tuck-
eremith, I hereby proclaim that all dogs in
the hamlets of Emnondville and Harpurhey
are prohibited from running at large during
the period from June 1, 1063, to November 1,
