Mrs. H. Kirkby told an interesting Easter Story after which "Jesus Loves the Little Children" was sung'. Prayer was offered by Margie Achilles and "Tell me the Story of Jesus" was sung. The March meeting of the Walton W.M.S. and W.A. group was held at the home of Mrs. Noble McCallum on Wednesday evening March 11 with 23 ladies present. The presi- dent, Mrs. R. Bennett, opened the meeting with the hymn "Pass me not 0 Gentle Saviour" after which a prayer was offered by Mrs. Wal- ter Broad -foot. The scripture lesson from 2nd Timothy 2; 1-14 was read by the president. Mrs. Frank Wal- ters read a poem entitled "Little Things". Mrs. Fern Patterson gave the secretary's report, and the treasurer's report was given by Mrs. Frank Kirkby. During the business period final arrangements were made for the bazaar to be held on the 25th of March. Mrs. Nelson Marks gave an interesting topic on "Frances Jane Crosby", The meet- ing closed with "Safe in the Arms of Jesus" and the Mispah Benedic- tion, Miss Annie Gordon conducted several contests and lunch was served by the hostess assisted by Mrs. R. Bennett, Mrs, N. Marks Miss Bessie Davidson and Mrs. John .Shannon.
