Death of Mrs.Richard Blatchford.—
Mrs. Richard Blatchford, a well
known and highly respected resident
of Henson for over 20 years. passed
away on Saturday afternoon at the
residence of Mr. and 'Mrs. Charles
links, She was eighty' -five years of
age. She has not been very well for
several years and about tel days a.gc,
suffered a stroke- from which she fail-
ed to rally. She was a daughter of the
late Mr. and 3frs.:Richard Harvey of
1'chorne totems -hip and in that town-
ship spent her early life. She was mar -
tied to Mr. Blatchford about thirty-
-term) years ago and went to live. in
North Dakota. T}iey later moved ,back
to 'Exeter, coming to 'Hensall about
20 years ago. After the death of \tr.
Blatchford live years ago she lived
with her brothel the late Cha'.:Jar-
ley or :Exeter for several years, Two

Hudson, that his wife' had passed
away at their home in ''Chicago on

from pneumonia. The funeral took

cago. She is survived by her husband

many friends here will be sorry to
hear of this sad loss.
