and much enjoyed. Proceedings open-
ed with a delicious supper. Mr. H. G.

V. Jefferson of '1\nckersmith, states:
"When the 'late A. D. 'Sutherland
was Mayor of Seaforth he tried to get
a "storage" located in Seaforth. What
proceedings he undertook the writer
does not know, but evidently it was
to he privately owned and operated
as such; by 'so doing he 'could not get
Government assistance and the cost
is high for any person to 'invest such
a large amount of money. -

W. M. S. was held in the basement of
the church, Thursday, Dec. ;117, Mrs.
Snell took charge for group ,No. a.
Mrs. Lindsay sang "There is a strang-
er kingly and kind". The study book
on 'The founding o'Nova Scotia"
nu.; given by Hiss Ivy Simmons. The
leaflet was given by Mrs. Britton, af-
ter which Mrs. IE, Adams took the
chair, Hymn: "Silent Night", was
sung. Minutes were react and adopted.
