'Adams, 'Tnckersmith, collided head-on with a car from Winrgltam driven by Mr, W. G. Ham- ilton, telephone manager of Wing - ham. The accident 'happened Satur- clay afternoon on N'o. 8 highway a mile west of Seaforth. Mrs. Adams was painfully cut and suffered a frac- tured knee. She was a daughter of Mr. and Jnr . ',lames Armstrong, Bronson line, Stanley. She was barn ':Tan, (stir, 14116. and in 1111148 married 'William J. `l'01- tock, They lived forty-six years on their farm an the Go -hen line Stan- ley. where Mfr. 'Pollock died 37' years ago. Since 'his dearth she made her home with her son, if. E. Pollock, Bayfield road, The funeral was held Nov. 26th. After a ,private service at the home a public service was held 'at Knox Presbyterian Church Bayfield, Rev. Gordon Peddie conducting the service, during which Mrs. Jas, Bon- thron of Hensall, sang a very pleas- ing solo, The deceased leaves to mourn her loss. three daughters and two sons, Olive ('MN. H. V.
