Corbet and Mrs. Harding visited Mr. and Mrs. P. H. Devlin of Stratford on Monday. A quiet family reunion washeld at the home of Mrs, Catherine ,Redden, of -near Hensa'll, on Sunday, August 22, when some thirty-six relatives were present for the auspicious oc- casion. The reunion was ,held on Sun- day as some members were unable to be .present during the week. The day was .quietly spent in friendly inter- course. recalling interesting hanpe,t- ings of bygone days. Mrs. iltedelei is the mother of a family o.f 12 children all of whom are living, ten being pres- ent for the reunion. Also she has 12 goandchiddren. eleven being .present for She occasion. Met. Redden was formerly Miss Catherine 'Rothaermel, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs, Manuel iRathacrmel of Crediton. wthere her early 'days were spent. She roves married about 38 years ago to. George Redden of 'Credo nn, who passed away some year: ae'o at' St. Catherines. ?Following their marriage they .resided in Crediton where most of their family were 'horn, later nnor- in.g to St: Catherines. ,Following Mr. Hedden's death, Mrs. Redden moved, with members of her family, hock to Hensall, where they have since re- sided.
