last week of the death of his sister,
Mrs. ,Lovina 'Eison, who posed away
at her ;home in..Moose Jaw on Sater-
day, !April 24. She •was •formerly .Mrs.
Wm, Curry and they lived -for several
years on the 'Parr line near :Hills -
green. 'A'fter '\Ir. Curry's death about
.37 years ago, Mrs. Curry and family
moved to Moose Jaw where they
homestead -ed. Later she harried ;Mr.
'Edson. She -leaves to 'mourn her los'.-,
three daughters. Mrs. Alex. +Forest of
Baille 'Creek, ..\Irs. Fred Hays of
Moose 'Maw, 'Mrs, \Viii. ;Donnelly of
Moose Jaw, and one soil, Mr. Charles
Curry, also of Moose jaw; two sist-
ers, 'Irs. IHumphrey Nyman of
4'nchkeep, Mrs, !James (Green of. Exe-
ter, two brothers, Wilson Carl'ile of
Hensall, and Alfred Carlile of Fargo,
(North Dakota. The funeral took place

mother, the late Mrs, .Ann Hudson,
died on the same day and the funeral
was held the ,same days as Mr. Car-
lile's sister in Moose Jaw.

(Representatives of the eleven east-
ern counties in 'Ontario met at the
JKemptville Agrictiltura'1 School early
in April to consider the program of
conservation and reforestation that
now extends from one •end of Ontar-
io to t'he other. With the exception. of
Lanark and ;R'enfrew, all the counties
were represented l by duly -elected
county officials in addition to the ag-
ricultural representatives. Represent
