The CIGII.T, group which has been
recently organized by Mrs. (Rev.)
Cumming, held their second -meeting
at the manse Saturday afternoon at
2:30. The melting was called to or-
der by Miss 'Betty !Drager, the presi-
'd'ent, ,by 'the use of :hymn 3110. The
'devotional talk was then given by
Mass Mary 1Buchanan. The !Scripture
lesson from Act_ 20116-38 was read by
Miss Alda Williamson. After she
singing n? hymn 386 the opening eere-
inouy was lead by the president, the
group repeating their purpose. The
'no'll call and the minutesof-:tate 'least
meeting were then read by the secret-
ary, Miss Dorothy ;Murray. During
the business period Miss Mildred -Sel-
lers was appointed pianist. The 'Masi -
mess period was followed by a sing-
song front the 'C.G;I.T. song sheet.

green Church and this vicinity, at-
tended the anniversary services 0 the
Ptensall United Church on Sunday,
when Rev. 11 V. !Workman conduct-
ed the services. Mr. Workman was
very much known in this vicinity itt
his younger days and his many
iricnds from here were pleased to
'tear him preach and also see him
again,
\Ve are sorry to report that Mrs.
D. P. Anderson is in poor 'health at
date of writing. We wish her a speedy
recovery.

in the parade and sports, also the min-
strel show.
The Young People's Anniversary
will be held on Sunday evening, June
10th at 720 p.m. Rev. (Gale of Bay -
'field, the guest speaker, will conduct
the service and the I'Zippen choir in
attendance.
