We had a few fine days last week,
so that it looks as if the winter lost
its cold grip and a little warmer
weather is here. This certainly was a
long cold winter with very deep
snow, and stormy. We hope the sum-
mer will be good for a change, '
Mr. Ezra Regale died very sudden-
ly on Monday last. He took sick on
Sunday night and the dgctor was call-
ed during the night but could not
give much relief and he died Mon-
day afternoon and was buried on
Thursday afternoon in the cemetery
adjoining the Evangelical Church.
Rev. Wm. Leibold of Sebringville
had charge of the funeral.

WOOL NOTICE
The bonus will be paid on all standard grades of Canadian
unwashed fleece wool, with the exception of reject and.
defective grades, where the wool has been prepared by the
grower in accordance with the regulations: -
1. (a) The wool must be free of seeds, chaff, straw, burrs, manure tags,
and other foreign matter;
(b) The hairy and black or grey leg and face clippings must be kept
separate and must not be rolled with the fleece;
(c) Each fleece must be folded and tied separately, preferably rolled.

(d) Fleeces must be kept intact and tied with the standard paper
fleece twine, Where necessary, the neck portion of the fleece, light-
ly twisted, may be used for Bolding the fleece intact. The bonus
will not be paid on wool tied with binder twine or other sisal
twine.
Note:—The bonus will not be paid on any wool which has to be
cleaned and properly prepared after being received at a
Registered Wool Warehouse.
2. To qualify for the bonus, all the wool in a consignment, or portion of
a consignment specially separated, must be in accordance with these
regulations. (For the convenience of the grower in shipping, the wool
eligible for bonus and the reject portion of the clip may be packed and
included in the same sack or container provided a satisfactory division
has been made in order to protect the clean portion of the clip.

grading at their Warehouse in Seaforth, which will make it possible to
receive the highest prices for your wool this year. Any further'informa-
tion received concerning the 4c bonuswill be shown in this ad at a later
date.

The manse of the Presbyterian
church, Brussels, was the scene of a
lovely Easter wedding when Gert-
rude Mary Alcock, only daughter of
Mr. and Mrs, George Alcock, Morris
township, became the bride of Mr.
Robert Norman Dodds, eldest son of
Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dodds, McKil-
lop township, Rev. S. Kerr officiated
at the ceremony which was solemn-
ized at high noon Saturday'. The
bride wore a lovely gown of heaven
blue mousseline de soie over taffeta.

illy lace yoke. She wore a hat in
matching blue with matching acces-
sories and a corsage of American
Beauty rows. Mrs. Lloyd Alcock, of
Brussels, was matron of honor, wear-
ing a frock of shell pink crepe over

accessories. Her corsage was of pink

the bride, was best man. After the
ceremony a reception .was held at
the home of the bride's parents, Mrs,

blue sheer, assisted by the bride-
groom's mother gowned in patio.
