Ahrens-Woodward— In Holy Trinity church, Mount Hamilton, on Saturday afternoon, Sept. 5, the wedding took place of Nancy, youngest slaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Woodward, Bethesda, and Cpl. Harold Ahrens, son of Me. and Mrs. Fred Ahrens, Mitchell. Rev. Griffin Thompson officiated. The church was decorated with peach gladioli. The bride, given away by her father, wore a white satin gown. Mrs. Susanna Haberer, Zurich Mrs. Susanna Haberer, widow of Peter Haberer, died recently at her home in Zurich in her 62nd year, Mrs. Haberer was born in Hay Town- ship and was married in 1911, after which Mr. and Mrs. Haberer farmed near Zurich, She moved with her husband to Zurich in 1919, where she had resided since.
