The Walton group held their Christmas party in the school room of the church on Thursday evening when the winning side of the copper contest was enter- tained by the losing side. The tables were decorated with red streamers, place cards and oth- er decorations.. The Winners were dressed in hardtinre cost- ume, the prize going to Mrs, Ronald Bennett. Judges were Mrs. Iferb Kirkby and 'Mrs. J. Gordon. Mrs. Hilda Sellers won the lucky chair •prize. A short program was present- ed- with Mrs Frank Walters in charge.
