WHITTON-O'SULLIVAN
White, yellow, and pink chry-
santhemums decorated the alt-
ars of the Church of Our Lady.
Guelph, on Saturday morning,
for the wedding of Miss Mar-
garet O'Sullivan, Guelph, and
Donald Whitton, Guelph. The
bride is the daughter of Mrs.
Teresa O'Sullivan, St. Colum,
banand the late James O'1Sulli-
van. The bridegroom is the -on
of Mr. and. Mrs. Whitton, Tor-
onto. Rev. Father Noonan per-
formed the douhle-ring cere-
mony and sang the nuptial mass.
The soloist was [Miss Colleen O'-
Sullivan, Guelph. The !bride,
given in marriage by her broth-
er, James O'Sullivan, St. Co-
lumban, wore a blue cocktail-
length dress with blue feathered
hat and matching gloves. :She
carried a nosegay of white earn-
ations.:Miss Mary O'Sullivan, of
London, was her sister's brides-
maid wearing a cocktail -length
dress of canary cream, with pink
hat and gloves and carrying a
nosegay of pink carnations. The
Nest man was John Downey, of
Kitchener, ,brother-in-law of the
'bridegroom. A wedding dinner
was served at [Candy's tea room,
followed by a reception. Receiv-
ing guests, the bride's 'mother
wore a blue crepe dress with
pink hat and pink accessories,
and a corsage of white carna-
tions. .Assisting her, the (bride-
groom's mother wore a grey
taffeta dress with Iblack acces-
sories and a corsage of white
carnations. For traveling, the
bride changed to a blue dress
with pink accessories, and wore
a corsage of white carnations.
After a honeymoon in Montreal
and eastern United States, Mr.
and (Mrs. Whitton will reside in
Guelph.
