very fitting reply and thanked

left for their homes wishing
the bride-to-be a happy wedded

daughter and son-in-law at
Lambeth for a few days during
the week.
Mrs. Young of Hamilton
spent the weekend with her par-
ents, returning with her daugh-
ter Sherry, who spent her holi-
days -here. (Master Terry went
as far as Lambeth for a visit
with his cousins.

John 12: 25-26. 2nd epistle of
Peter 17-18; 3rd epistle of John
3: 4.5 followed by prayer by
the leader, Mrs. D. Buchanan.
The secretary, ;Mrs. F. Kirkby
gave the 6ninutes of previous
meeting and roll call answered
by a harvest verse. The topic
"The 'Christian in his Voca-
tion", was taken by members of
McKillop group, Mrs. D. Wat-
son, Mrs. G. Ma'Gavin, -Mrs. Mc-
Michael, also Mrs. G. Love and
Mrs. Nelson Reid. !Stressing the
fact that growth in world pop-
ulation far outstrips missionary
expansion, also that Christian
young people preparing them-
selves for overseas business po-
sitions can bring, to these jobs
not only professional skills but
Christian character. These are
the people who have the great-
est opportunity to create a
sprit of goodwill among na-
tions and to demonstrate day
by day what it really means to
be a +Christian citizen of a
