donors, lunch was served. Grace
invited all to go to see her in

On Monday night of this week
(Mrs. 'Ken Hulley held a shower
in honor of Grace. After a short
program' gifts were "drawn in a
decorated wagon by MTh. Fred
McGregor and Audrey ]Hulley,
Grace thanked all and, invited
them to come to see her in Tor-
onto. Lunch was served and all

When Mrs, Wilson planned to go shopping, her

Mc'Beatih on Saturday evening
when neighbors and friends
called to congratulate them on
their 25th 'anniversary. They
were presented with a silver tea
service from neighbors and
friends and a lovely silver tray
from the commissioners of 'the
Telephone, as well as other
gifts from friends and relatives.

ville, Joseph Ryan, Josh Denni-

to her home in Saskatchewan af-
ter visiting IKippen friends.
Mrs. (Rev) Berry of Ottawa
visited Miss IGresswell.
'Several big trees were blown
down at Walton in the twister
on Sunday at the Ennis and
Fingland ;places.
(Friends were entertained at
Miss Logan's, Varna, in honor
of Margaret /McConnell, whose
marriage took place 'Saturday to

Mrs. Holderness was paralyz-

spending two months in North

operation for appendicitis.
