Ken has returned front a holiday trip through many of the Eastern States as far south as Alabama and the Carolinas. Miss Lillian Faulkner spent the weekend in Zurich, Mrs. E. .M. Little and Mary, of Ruebee City, spent a couple of days with her brother, Mr. D. H. Wilson and Mrs. Wilson. Mrs. 'William :Charters left London air port Tuesday morn- ing for Denver, Oolorado, where she will visit her sister and ibro- ther-in-l'aw, Dr. and Mrs. J. J. Corry. 'Mrs. M. A. V. WALTON The [C.G.I.T. of Duff's United 'Church met at the [home of their leader, Mrs. Ted McCreath on 'Saturday afternoon. The meeting opened with the Pur- pose and C.G.I.T. hymn follow- ed by group singing. The presi- dent, Doris Johnston, assisted by Mary Dennis, conducted the worship service. Eighteen mem- bers answered the roll call. The treas. report was given by Lois Fox. :Musical numbers were planned for the Rallys to be held at Exeter and Winigham in Ott. On Monday, a weiner roast will be held at the' home of Audrey Hackwell. Two ex- cellent reports were given by Rose Marie 'Bolger and Ruth Ann Ennis describing their camp life at Port Ryerse this summer. A new slate of officers was elected for the coming year: Pres., Audrey IHackwell; vice pres., Ruth 'Ann Ennis; sec., Rose Marie Bolger; treas., Nor- ma Hoegy; pianist, • Catherine 'Buchanan; assistant, Marilyn Johnston.
