Fee, have returned to their home in Atikokan,• Northern Ontario, where Mr. Heale is a geologist with Steep Rock Mines, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Grindrod, former Seaforth residents, are living in Atikokan, Mr. Grind- rod being manager of the bank. Mr. and Mrs. M. McKellar were in Detroit on Sunday at- tending the dedication of a naw addition to New St. James' Church, Detroit. They were ac- companied home by Rev. and Mrs, Williams and family, who spent a day here. Mrs. W. J. Faulkner and Pa- tricia of Galt spent the week- end at the home of Miss Lillian Faulkner. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Docherty and children of Toronto, visited Mrs. H. Lawrence on the week- end. lig,,iqrs. Bill Bennett and Charlie Geddess spent the weekend at Eugenia Falls. Mr, and Mrs. J. Carney, Zoel and Jack of Kitchener vis- ited Mrs. Elva Ellis and family on the weekend. Miss Lorna ' Ellis, Toronto, spent the weekend at home. Mr. Jas. Flannigan, Toronto, was home for the weekend. Miss Blanche Westcott spent the weekend in Wingham. Mr. Evan Hoffman was in Hamilton writing an examina- tion on Saturday. Mr. Steve Lupul, has secured a position at the Brant Inn, Burlington. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Kerr and son, Flint, spent the weekend with Mrs. Wm. Kerr. Mrs. Florence Frank, • Flint, spent the weekend with her mother, Mrs, Chesney, Sr. Mr. Harold Connell is in hos- pital, suffering from a back ailment. Mrs. Ray Hutchinson and children of Kitchener, spent last week with her mother, Mrs. Bannon, returning with Mr. Hutchinson on Sunday. Mr. Jas. Cameron, London, spent the weekend with his par- ents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Cameron. Dr, and Mrs. J. C. MacLennan and family were in Guelph over the weekend. Ernest Wetton, ban din aster of Seaforth Highlanders, attend- ed the Bandmasters' Association meeting in Hamilton on Satur- day, Miss Grace Krauter and Miss Charlotte O'Halloran of Toron- to spent the weekend with Mrs. Angus McCuaig. Mr. and Mrs. David Oshanek and baby, Susan, of One Hund- red Mile House, B.C., visited Mrs. Oshanek's grandmother, Mrs. George Connell and uncles and aunts, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Connell of town and Mr. and Mrs. Roy Donnell of Clinton. They came by plane from Van- couver •to Detroit and motored here via Chatham and Toronto. Dr. and Mrs. Friel Stewart and family, Windsor, were guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. P. D. McConnell on Sun- day. Mr. F. Rowland, St. Cathar- ines, spent the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Dorothy Rowland. Mr. and Mrs, A. Stansell and family, Aylmer were weekend visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R, McFadden. Mr. and Mrs. S. Finnigan, Sarnia, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. W. 3. Finnigan. Mrs. Jos. McQuaid attended the wedding of her nephew, Mr. Jas. Gawley, on Saturday in Toronto. Mr. and Mrs, B. Kelly, Lon- don, were weekend guests of Mr, and Mrs. J. Ruston. Mr. and, Mrs. P. W. If all are in perfect working order you will be issued with a "Safety Checked" emblem for your car or truck. Fac- simile shown at left. If some or all of the parts are not functioning in the proper manner, these defects will be listed for your information, and you may have the situation remedied at the garage or automobile repair shop of your own choice.
