MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR
BATH!
A bath should be a nerve tonic aid
a beautifying treatment as well as a
matter of cleanliness. A morning bath
is to invigorate and awaken, while a
bedtime bath is to induce sleep,
Morning Bath, Have the water as
cool as you can stand it. Lie back be-
fore washing and stretch your body
hard. Relax and repeat twice; this
wakens you up. (2) Ilse gentle, beau-
tifying Palmolive soap, and scrub
yourself hard to tnalte the skin tingle.
(3) While washing, exercise your face
and eyes, Whistling gives easy facial
exercise; for the eye muscles roll the
eyes in circles, 1-1) Don't relax after
washing, but leap out and give your-
self a brisk towelling. (5) Cleanse
your face with water and pat in an
astringent lotion before making -up.
Bedtime Bath, Hot, of course, and
add bath salts -pine essence will help
draw out that achy feeling, (2) Pat
Three-Purpu+..,a cream into your face
