Mrs. Foster Bennett and Billy have been spending the week with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Eaton. Mr. Gillies was home over Easter from Owen Sound. The big tractor plow passed through Winthrop on Wednesday af- ternoon about 5 o'clock going to- wards Seaforth and did not reach the next corner before dark. A crew of ten men worked during the afternoon shovelling snow off the top of the drifts and twenty men were called for Wednesday night. She had lived in Windsor 00 years, She was a member of the Church of the Ascension. of which her father, James Barge, was one of the builders. While shoring at the barn Mr. Sales smelt the smoke and discovered the roof of the house on Bre.
