On Friday afternoon the staff of
the Collegiate made the pupils their
guests in the 'assembly room and
treated 'them to candy. The teachers
were in their turn surprised to be the
recipient of a gift from their class,
and a very. Pleasant half hour was

Miss Helen Wilson. The bride, who
was unattended, looked charming in
a gown of orchid georgette over
pink with silver and feather trim-
ming, and carried a shower bouquet
of roses and 'illy -of -the -valley. After
a. buffet luncheon, Mr. and Mrs.
Brown left for Montreal and•Ottawa,
the bride travelling in green Ben-
galine trimined 'with leopard fur,
with hat to match and a seal coat,
the gift of the bridegroom. On their
return they will live,in Fergus,"

Florida for the winter.
