immediately opposite, to Messrs. Ed-
win Hunt &" bons, who receive pos-
session on January 1st.. Messrs.
Hunt, with their .present holdings,
now own 350. acres of as fine land as
there is in the township. The sale
was made by the A. D. Sutherland
Real Estate Agency.
Mr: James Armstrong, Toronto, ,is
visiting his sister, Mrs, G. A, Sills.
Mrs. J. Cuthill is ill at present.
Mr. A. A, Sutherland was in Clin-
ton .on Tuesday evening giving an ad-
dress on "How to run a successful
Old Boys' Reunion." At the close of
the meeting he was unanimously
elected an honorary member of the
Clinton Old Boys' Association. He
was accompanied by Mr, John Brod-
erick, of the Broderick 'Decorating
Co., who gave the committee valuable
advice regarding electric decorating,
which -}vas highly appreciated.
Miss Pickett, of Clinton, is assist-
ing in the post office this week.
Miss Hazel Winters is spending a
few days in Toronto.
