Mr. Grassie, who is 80, has recent- ly been in ill.health at the family residence, 1003 'West Thirty-third avenue, Together they celebrated their gel- den wedding anniversary on June 3, 1936. Besides her husband, Mrs. Gras- sie leaves one daughter, Mrs., Frank $• McElroy, and two grandchildren, Charlotte, and Walter Grassie Me- Elroy.
