Mrs. Richard Taylor Sr, of Chisel
burst, to Mr. Franklin Harold Young,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Young, Cromarty.
The bride, gowned in a navy sheer.

ming and accessories in blue carried
'Sweetheart roses, She was attended
by her sister, Miss Margaret Taylor,
London, who wore green crepe with
black accessories and corsage of tea,
roses. Mr, Garnet Young was his bro-
ther's groomsman. A wedding dinner
was served at the home of the bride's
parents for the fifty guests. The
house decorations were in pink and
white, the bride's table pretty with
bowls of gladioli and sweet peas in
silver containers and . centred with
wedding cake. The bride's mother re-
ceived in navy sheer, and the bride-
groom's mother in blue georgette
Miss Jean Irwin, Seaforth, anti Miss
Grace Wurm, London, served. Mr.
and Mrs. Young will leave for an ex-
tended trip to Toronto and border
points, the bride traveling in a Suez
woo 1 crepe gown, with white polo
coat and accessories.

Mr. Soldan moved with hi, wife and

Mr. and Mrs. Frank McGregor cele-
brated their 25th wedding anniversary
on Saturday for tea, There were 28
present among whom were friends
from Cleveland, Detroit, Toronto and
Clinton. also the former's slater, Mrs.
Jennie Knox. and nephew Mr, Ernest
Knox, The house was prettily decor-
ated in pink and white and the table
was centred with a pretty 3 storey
bride's cake. The waiters were the
daughter of the house, Miss Helen,
McCregor and two cousins, Miss
Claire Brunsdon of Clinton and Miss
Irma Myers. Mr. and Mrs. McGregor
were the recipients of a nice lot of
Presents, among which was a case of
silver from her sisters. They also re-
ceived a lot of congratulatory cards.
