Kincardine is a delightful town.
Few placea in Western Ontario. pos-
sess the charm and beauty of this
lake resort. The facilities to enter-
tain and de.light the tourist are sun

is quiet and restful. the scenery gorg-

The parks are, numeraus and nice-
ly kept. Mr. Jahn A. Myers. who is
councillor and caretaker. of Lans-
downe Park. including the tourist
camp and grounds, is a credit to the
town of Kincardine and the right
man in the right place. Mr. 1)Iyers
keeps everything epic and span. The
tourist kitchen with electricity,
stoves. tables. shower bath. toilets
are all sanitary which reflects the
caretaker's mature judgment. There
are four parks in town Lansdowne
and :MacPhersan, a: the Beach. in.
eluding the tourist camp. Connaught,
containing race track and baseball
grounds and Victoria, a beautiful
park with benches. band stand. faun-
tain. cannons. Close to this latter
park is the Town Post Ofnce with
courteous clerks -also a large cream-
ery and a large hall. A number of
large manufacturing tirms give eat-
ploynient to a large number of girls.

ture factory, the :Mitchell hosiery
plant. the Coombe furniture factory,
the llahood-Stewarz building sup
plies. There is a largo Public School
