World's Fair, during the 30-nunute
reception at Perylon Hall, New York.

among the members. Mrs. Maher was
formerly Mise Mabel Ballard, daugh-
ter of Mr. John Bullard of Winthrop.

Young of Hensall, on Sunday after-
noon in the Presbyterian Church was
met .o well attended owing to the wet
afternoon, Mrs. Young sang very
acceptably the hymn "Game Unto
Me,' which was 'fu'lly appreciated
by the congregation.
The softball game between the
Dublin team and the Cromarty
team played in Cromarty, was nearly
a tie hut by one inning:the score went
to the Dublin team. The players were
then treated to a lunch and an even-

Cat Mothers Young Skunks—
Our local correspondent while vis-
iting in Westminster .township, saw
801110 very peculiar freaks of nature
in the animal kingdom. In one place.
a male fox terrier dog was very af-
fectionately mothering a 2 -weeks' old
kitten. In the same neighborhood a
mother cat who had lost some of her
kittens was mothering four baby!

Pageant to outdo all air pageants.
Sky Harbor Airport started a little
more than a year ago is no longer a
"venture on a shoe -string" as it was
last year. It is a reality that is going
to keep on growing because it has
the support of flying officials and
aviators in two countries. Right now
it is tate favorite child of Huron
County and is being nursed along by
the county fathers because it offers
a new field of enlargement to the fair

Hough. enthusiastic Michigan flyer
-who will be in charge of the Meet
and who has arranged for many of
the features to be provided by U.S.A.
flyers. that from 75 to 100 planes wilt
congregate at Sky Harbor Saturday
and Sunday of this week. These Ry-
ers will take part in competitions
and put on displays each afternoon
that will be the best fottr hours of
entertainment to be had anywhere in
the Dominion. fm- the same price.
There will be plane rages, stunting,
formation flying, balloon -bursting and
spot landing competitions, bomb -drop-
ping and parachute jumps. You'll put
your head far back on your shoulders
and peer way up into the blue as
