For Thin Legs. Massage will help.,
Use gentle ,stroking movements, i

.and frown ankle to the knee. A good
fattening mixture is made with 3
parts of olive oil to ,one of lanolin.
Put the 'lanolin in, a jar and stand in
very hat water ,until it nsel•ts,• then
slowly add the olive ail, 'beating alt
the time. •Apply it generously to !the
legs, massaging as des'crlbed above.
Keep the jar handy for ,future use,
and heat before using.
For Fat Legs. To 'reduce fat legs,
:passage as fellows: Cover legs and
ankles .with a good soap lather, Mass-
age well in, then -rinse `try, cross the
legs and dust talcum 'heavily on the
upper log. Next pinch firmly 'between
fingers and thumbs, using quick vig-
orous movements,

left: Repeat with the other leg.

ments, take a dash of Khovah health
salts in a ;glass of water every morn-
ing, to tone up your system.

Macdonald rhubanb, states James Gal-

When resetting crowns taken from old
dug -up clumps, single crowns should

cial screening of films provided by
the Dominion Government. One of
the many activities of the "Canada
Calling" campaign, the films depict
u , fishing and industrial scenes
which emphasize the importance of
Canada as the food basket for the
United Kingdom, The campaign,'
which covers the major population
centres in. Britain, is being conduct-
ed by the Dominion Government's
Department of Trade and Com-
merce. Regarded as one of the most
carefully planned efforts ever
launched by a British Dominion,
this trade crusade also embraces
series of localized drives and eaten•
sive newspaper advei-tilingg and
marketing operations. In addition
it is supplemented by lectures'jn
schools, women's'clubs, doniesli»
science classes and other organizs
tions, and has enlisted the support
ofthousands of merchants who are
giving special displays of Canadian
products.
