Pick Up Sticks
A very simple, yet pleasure, giving
game of to -day. It's price is 25c 'and.
will be just right for an All -Hallo-
we'en Party. All you have to do is
scramble 41 sticks on the table and
then pick them up, one at a time,
without moving any others. Sounds
simple, doesn't it, but probably there
is an Ethiopian in the woodpile (of:
sticks).
Above is good for indoors, now what
will be, the activities outdoors. 'they
should be harmless merriment, an ev-
ent giving 'pleasure to all, a trivial
nuisance to some, disaster or unpleas-
antness to none. •Just revive the spirit
of fun, even mischief and all will be
happy and well.
If there can be a few thrills and a
scream or two so •much the better,
just to proclaim the true spirit of
Hallowe'en. Novelties, Lanterns and
Crepe Paper Decorations contribute
much to the success of interesting
festivities. Grinning• Pumpkins, Gaunt
old Witches, 'Masks, False Faces,
Wierd Skeletons, Paper Hats, Lamp
Shades, Streamers, Festoons, Rope,
Cut -Outs, Seals, Napkins, Table Cov-
ers are suggested in addition to an
assortment of whimsically extxava
gent novelties, all 'appropriate for
this festive occasion.
