Trades in the Royal Canadian Air
Force.
There are vacancies available at the
present time for the following trades:
Clerk—Should Brave 'studied GmAtt
Accounting.
Electrician ix years experience
as Journeyman Electrician.
Engineer (Stationary) -3rd class
Certificate, 2 years experience with
stokers.
Engineer (Stationary Chief) -2nd
Class Certificate, 10 years' experien-
ce.

Fireman—at least one year's ex-
perience•with stoker and their opera-
tion.
Fireman 2nd Class— 6 months ex-
perience with automatic stockers.
Fitter Diesel -3 years with Diesel
plant, consisting of two generating
units, total 'capacity of 500 h,p. or
in ore.
Oiler Diesel—should qualify as

If the world is moving too fast for
Christmas, it's moving too fast far
love and hope and' homes and families
It's one day of the year when kind-
ness and faith and joy havethe right
of way; a daywhen the hearts are
bigger, when eyes are brighter, when
smiles are kindlier. Shure, there'll
always' be a Chistmas.
Whatever is going on in the outside
world, for one day in the year at
least, happiness and joy are para-
mount, for it is Christmas Day, the
day dedicated to peace on earth and
then almost immediately follows the
New Year.—a fresh start is made and
with high hopes we press forward.

REPORT ON HURON HOME
SATISFACTORY
The County Hone committee of the
county council met in annual session
at the Horne last Wednesday, when a
review of the year's operations took
place. The reports were all especially
satisfactory, and the matron and
manager were complimented on the
condition of the home; the farm build.

was present, with the full personnel
of the committee, Russel Doi,}ante,
chairman, T. 'C. Wilson, Alex. Mc-

spend Christmas at their daugh-
ter's Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Totten.
They will also attend the Golden
Wedding Anniversary of Mr. Mas-
on's sister, Mr. and Mrs. H. Josling
of Detroit.
