IN THE LETTER BOX
Dear Sirs:
Just a few lines to thank the Cit-
izens of Clinton for the useful and
lovely pocket book which I received
the other day. I certainly appreciate
it and wish you would put this in
the Record so that my thanks may
be conveyed to all concerned in the
work of getting and sending these
remembrances that the town sends to
us.
I might also say that one of my
old neighbors keeps me supplied with
the News -Record, and believe me it
is like a letter from home as it just
about covers all the news in the dist-
riet.
We are all keeping 'well over here
and have very comfortable quarters
