FATHER'S DAY IS JUNE 16th an
cording to recent announcement, the
gong is already beating for the day
to pay homage to expectant fathers.
Theyare looking for a greeting card,
and surely they deserve one. Can we
not admire, revere and love Dad for
the way he works and what he does
for us. Sentimentally we can show
our appreciation by obedience to his
wishes. Practically we can give Dad
something he will remember, enjoy
and cherish and remind pian we are
alive to his beneficial and protective
influence.
FLas he a pet enthusiasm—a hobby
—What would he like most? A. book,
a magazine subscription. Would a
piece of fishing equipment do? A
new Bible, a fountain pen or auto-
matic pencil, a cigarette case, a
flashlight or a new bill fold or will
a humble yet appropriate greeting
card suffice. Whether you belong
to the oldsters or the youngsters
you are fortunate if you can help
celebratethe day.
The merry, merry month of. May
is followed by the marry, marry
month of June. You may find in
our stock just the right gift at the
price you care to pay. The card to
accompany the gift will also be

ary chair or for your car, in relieving

pression when people thought that
nothing worse than "hard times
could happen-. -and now look.
