Thompson before his transfer to Camp Borden. Mr. and Mrs. Reg. Ball and Mr. and Mrs. G. Knights were Sunday vis- itors at the home of Mr, and Mrs, Everett Finnigan, Dungannon. Mr. and Mrs. Ian McLeod, Catharine Ann and Donald of Brighton were holiday- visitors at the home of the lady's parents, Dr. and Mrs. J. S•. Evans. Miss Godfrey, Miss Edna LaBar, Georgetown, and Mr. L. Menassian of Hamilton, spent the holiday- and weekend with Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Johnston. Mr. James A. Thorndike returned to his home at Oakwood on Tuesday afternoon, having spent a short holiday here with his son, Mr. Douglas Thorndike. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mercer and son George, Mr. Jas.
