Mrs. David Armstrong, accompanied
by daughter, Miss Mabel, of
Pilot Mound, Man spent the past
week with the lady's sister, Mrs.
Robert Armstrong of town. They
will spend a coupleof months with
relatives hereabouts,
Mr. and Mrs. A. T. Johns and family
left Monday for Niagara Falls,.
where they will visit relatives a few.
days. Mrs Johns goes to Hamilton
to resume a technical training
course he is taking and Mrs. Johns
and family will visit at Toronto
and Rockwood before returning to
Clinton,
Mr. Thomas Archer of London is
spending a few weeks with his
daughter, Mrs. Rath, Huron, street,
Mr. Archer has not been very well
`all winter' and is not yet his old
self, but it is hoped a sojourn in
the old town will benefit him. He
intends remaining until after 01d'

Mr. S. B. Stothers 'returned., home
Thursday. IIe attended the ;annual,
conference of , Agricultural Repre-
sentatives at
epre-sentatives'at ICemlpville' and also
visited Montreal and Broekville.
The representatives -visited Ottawa
for a day or so, visited the Experi-
mental Farms and -spent a time
in the House of Commons the day

Mies Christian and her nephew ,and '
nieces, Master Joe and Misses Har-
riett and Helen Gandier, left Mon-
day for Toronto: Miss ?hristian
and little Miss ` Helen will visit
there for a time but Master Joe and
Miss Harriett have ,gone' on to
Newburgh to spend some weeks
with their aunts, the misses Gan-
deer.
Rev, S. E, and Mrs. MoKegney and.
children and Mrs, Caple and child
and Mr.McFadden of Ford, Ont.,
motored up on Friday and spent the
week -end as the guests of 'Mr, and
Mrs. E. Morrison. Mr. MoKegney
preached the sermon at the anni-
versary of the Blyth 'Memorial Hall
