CHAUTAUQUA NEXT WEEK.
The Chautauqua -will open in Clin-
ton next 'Tpesday and will continue
four days. It is said .that the 1925
program will be especially pleasing,.
as it is really a five-day program, ex-
cept that one lecture has been
dropped. This Chautauqua travelled
during the earlier'part of the season
through the United States as a five-
day course, visiting several of the
larger towns. Then it was bx`eught
to Canada, being complete only for
the dropping of the one lecture, and
runs here as a four-day course. The
Chautauqua management knows there
is nothing too good for Canada.
In addition to the afternoon and
evening entertainments there will be
morning exercises for the children, in
charge of trainer] leaders.
Tickets are on sale at several
places in town and anyone who con-
templates taking in more than one or
two of the entertainments' will find
it economy ,to purchase 'a • season
ticket, as they maybe used by any
member of the family.
