both of which -had been climbing at a
rapid rate.: The warden paid a com-
pliment to' the ,faithfulness with
which' the Good Roads Commission

discharged their duties. He • thought
mole attention -should be paid to the
protlems of education and criminal
justice and thought a' very, serious ef-
fort should be nnade to cni•lt;the soar-
ing costs. Ile said he had attended'
the Good - Roads Convention and
would report later, and bespoke' the.

in carrying on the work of the ses-
