Equaliza- tion ` of the County,:' the. adjustment proposed, ;by the Iiightwa s Dept. in. Y p the Good Roads System, the increase in eanenditure, especially. in the ad ministration of Justice and Education, both of which -had been climbing at a rapid rate.: The warden paid a com- pliment to' the ,faithfulness with which' the Good Roads Commission and !Coad mid Bridge, Committee had discharged their duties. He • thought mole attention -should be paid to the protlems of education and criminal justice and thought a' very, serious ef- fort should be nnade to cni•lt;the soar- ing costs. Ile said he had attended' the Good - Roads Convention and would report later, and bespoke' the. hearty co-operation of the members in carrying on the work of the ses- f s on.
