F. Phillips, 'formerly Miss Nina
Woods of St. Helens, whose death oc-
cured in Arizona. .The funeral was
held from the Presbyterian Church of
Lucknow,.the service being conducted
by the Rev. It. McCallum and Rev. C.
Cumming. Interment took place in
Greenhill cemetery. -
The late Mrs. Phillips contracted
scarlet fever about a year ago from
which 'she:, failed - to recover and
moved to Phoenix, Arizona, in the
holie of recovering her health. She
leaves 'to mourn their loss, her bus-:
