I notice from the Inspector of Hos- pitals report. for' 'Ontario that you have been operating very successfully and would appreciate if you could ad- vise. what, 'in your estimation, is the key of your success, compared to other hospitals that seem to be ,run; ping against heavy deficits. Is your 'building a newrouilding spe- cially built' for hospital work? What is the staff you employ and the ato' you charge? In your estimation, is it practicable to have a hospital of 20 beds self sustaining, and what are the important essentials. to makethis possible? Three' interesting readings were given on the work of the Leper Mission in India and the excellent work done in the Leper Mission Hospital.
